Custom products are crafted specifically for each customer based on their unique requirements. As such, these items are non-refundable.
Order Processing Time
Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for our dedicated team to reach out to you after you have placed a custom order. This initial contact is essential to clarify your specifications, discuss design elements, and confirm the details of your request.
All communication regarding custom orders will be conducted via email. This ensures a written record of discussions and provides both parties with a clear understanding of the agreed-upon specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to facilitate smooth communication.
Customers are required to respond promptly to our team's inquiries and provide detailed specifications for their custom order. Delays in communication may impact the production timeline, and failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in a delay in order processing.
Once the specifications are clarified, our team will provide you with a detailed design or description of the custom product. It is crucial to carefully review and approve the design to ensure it aligns with your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with the proposed design, you have the option to request another set of variations free of charge or cancel the order for a full refund. Failure to approve the design within the specified timeframe may lead to production delays.
Production and Shipping
Upon design approval, the custom product will enter the production phase. The production and shipping times will be communicated to you same as for usual order.
We strive to deliver high-quality custom products. In the rare event that there is an issue with the product upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to address the concern. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
